Eine sehr gut aufgebaute und vorallem sehr hilfreiche App. Jedes Problem wird ergklärt und Lösungsansätze bekommt man auch. Saubere Arbeit.

Macht, was die App verspricht. Nur beim Aufruf der Überblick und Beratungsfunktion stürzt die App ab. Unklar, was die Sync-Funktion machen soll?

Endlich sieht man es selbst was der Pro einem versucht zu erklären. Tolles Übungstool, dass man auf der Range alleine mit Kontrolle trainieren kann. Vier Sterne deshalb, weil man es ohne ummelden nicht einfach wechseln kann.

Bin begeistert. Einfache Art den Schwung zu kontrollieren und im Detail zu verbessern.

Habe interessante Erkenntnisse über meinen Schwung gewonnen. Trainingsvideos könnten auch auf Deutsch sein oder zumindest einen Untertitel haben. Das Englisch ist schwer zu verstehen.

Benchmark mit dem Trackman brachte ein sehr gutes Ergebnis. Der Sensor arbeitet zuverlässig, die App ist gut aufgebaut und mit vielen Übungen (vorgestellt per Video) eine Bereicherung für das Training auf der Range.

Nachdem ich die bisher sehr gute App auf den letzten Stand gebracht habe, läuft nichts mehr. Nach dem Start erscheint eine Meldung "Transfer Offline Data" - dann stürzt die App ab. Ich nutze ein iPhone 5s. Damit ist auch der Sensor wertlos - eine Katastrophe.

Nach dem Update will die App Offline Daten übertragen und stürzt ab.

Die Zepp ist klasse für Anfänger um ihre Schläge zu kontrollieren und auch die App um eine nachlaufende Bewertung durchzuführen weil alles sehr verständlich aufgebaut ist.

The app says I am not connected to a network. I am connected and I am also on cellular. The app no longer works. I can’t even sign in to it.

I paid over $200 for the hardware. Please update the app!

App has not worked for some time

Terrible app. You can’t sign up because the app can’t connect. Tried WiFi, Cellular, nothing works.

This is trash, won’t let me login. Zepp golf sensor now useless. What a shame.

Have had this app for a while and cannot log into my app….did at one time and after I transferred all info to my new iPad, just not able to log on to account. Please fix so I can log on to my account in Zepp Golf.

App is trash. It’s wants me to sign up then tells me I’m offline and need to connect to the internet, which I clearly am.

I have a Zepp Sensor, have had several years. I downloaded the app. Don’t remember an account so I attempted to sign up for a new account. That doesn’t work and returns a domain error. I attempted to sign up with Facebook and that failed as well -> app not accessible, the developer is aware of the issue. It’s a brick.

Tried to sign up with my gmail address and it throws a domain error every time. Would have liked to have tried it!

Will not let me sign up or in saying “the operation could not be completed. Insurlerror domain error -1012” I noticed the reviews are all two years or older. Is this still a functioning app?

Can’t log in or create a new account. Shows an error each time. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still doesn’t work. Waited a couple days and still doesn’t work.

When will new apple update be available for IOS devices?

Don’t buy. App no longer connects to their server. No support for app any more.

The Zepp app has been one of the most useful golf apps I’ve used for improving swing path and tempo, at least until I switched from my Samsung Android to the iPhone Pro Max and Apple Ultra watch. After loading, deleting and reloading the app multiple times, I can still no longer access the Zepp app. The Zepp App support page doesn’t appear to match up with the issue I’ve encountered so I’ve reached out to Zepp directly and still awaiting a reply. Hopefully we can get it working again since it’s been a great app and one that I would highly recommend if I could just access it again.

Downloaded the app. Got errors trying to set up an account. Deleted app.

Just downloaded and it won’t even let me sign up keep giving me an error massage

When I try to create an account I get the error code “Expected status code in (200-299), got 503” Of course I can not get in touch with customer support without a valid user ID which I can not create. Hope this gets someone to look at the error. It seems like a great app when working

Just got a sensor second hand off of someone. Seems like the app/server are bricked making the sensor useless. Maybe it’s just temporary, I hope so anyway

Application will not allow the user to sign up or login, error code (200-299) got 503 will result when you try to login.

I use to love this App, unfortunately the last update was 4 years ago and now I can’t login. Hopefully someone is still supporting customers, especially those that paid for sensors!

I can’t get any sound on the training videos.

I feel it’s a great app for a reasonable price to get some great feed back! The shoulder turn is so critical ! As well as tempo, and path!

I used this app last fall and earlier this year for recording my swing. After an update I assume, all it does is crash on my iPhone 13. Unusable for now. Looking for other apps to record my swing. Was looking at getting their 3D analysis product but not after this.

Useless app. Cannot reset password for existing account, cannot use app.

It kept crashing every time I opened it on my Apple Watch. Not even worked once.

I used this first in 2014. Then this year, I decided to change my swing, and it’s been an unbelievable asset to my practice. I had to change one of the preset goals; because of a shortened backswing; but that was pretty simple. I’ve accumulated nearly 400 swings in just three days. With this, you can try different moves and immediately see whether they have an overall positive or negative effect. I think the company was bought out and that they only deal in watch-type devices. That’s sad; they are more costly and not everyone wants the cumbersome annoyance of a watch. I believe most Zepp sensors work with golf. I recently had to replace my original and bought the tennis sensor.

Turn on video swing capture and it crashes after 1-2 swings like clockwork. Unusable.

best of the reasonably priced swing trainers, and the only reason I submitted a 4 star instead of a 5 is that the app is not as intuitive as I would like. The app is, though, much more definitive than I expected, you just have to learn how to find what you are looking for and I don’t know how to address that with the creators. They really did a very good job of a Tums-sized sensor and a phone app recording and presenting the data in different visuals, graphs and graphics. I can’t speak to the comparison of Zepp to a high dollar swing analyzer, but for a mid teen handicapper like me, it is likely all I’ll ever need.

The app want work on my iPad, keep crashing

I have been using for several years now. There is a lot packed into this app. All the swing stats, swing plane views, synchronized with the video, and selected club, history of all your swings, comparison with pros and your friends in 3D, tutorials and more. I have small tripod mount that I use to hold the iPhone when capturing video. Work well and is simple. I wish it could tell you the shaft lean at impact or how far the hands are ahead of the ball at impact. Seems like that data should be available.

When I first downloaded the app, it worked flawlessly. Now, I swing then check my stats/video/swing plane then the app freezes. I have to restart the app again. Repeat process before and same result. It freezes. Tried it on iPad also and same thing. But it used to work on both. Quite frustrating. Using iPhone X with 14.4.2 update. Please fix.

I’ve had problems with this app lately first I didn’t sync now it starts but then start I tried deleting it and reinstalling it but it will not delete completely from my iPhone 8 any help.

I was using it yesterday or trying to use it anyway, but it kept on crashing, so I would have to keep restarting it on the iPad after seven or eight times doing this, I switched over to my iPhone, it did not crash on my iPhone thankfully and my iPhone is older than my iPad, but sometimes the phone screen can be a little harder to watch videos on, I wish I could use my iPad, so that while I’m swinging out in the backyard I can look over at the iPad and easily watch the videos, hopefully they get this fixed, I saw another person note that the app kept crashing but they didn’t say if they were using the pad or the phone. And which models, I was using iPad version 5th gen, no other apps crash on it, and at the time of the crash I was using iOS 14.4 which is up-to-date. Two problems, that need to be fixed 1. App crashes on iPad 2. Quite a few times after watching one video and trying to start another it will keep the volume playing from the other video so you have two videos playing at once which is impossible to concentrate and shouldn’t happen. This is a great training tool because it gives you immediate feedback. Awesome swing path and tempo training tool. Really convenient because you can get feedback without even hitting a golf ball, which is great for people living in Northern climates in winter.

It took me two days to figure out how how analyze the swing. For example if you want to analyze multiple swings in one session, you have to get the data through the calendar icon. This and other functions need to be explained. Once I figured all of that out, it worked great. Good luck to a computer newbie.

Video swing analysis is not working since the iOS 14 update. The app records one swing and then the app crashes. Worked fine before the update. Please fix this.

Apple Watch won’t connect to the app. Checked through all the settings and, if I’m mistaken, the reason it won’t work is because the app hasn’t requested motion and fitness access. Please update to support the most recent iOS and Watch OS.

Swings have reappeared. Connects fine, instant feedback, and works great on the range. Like it and glad I have it as it allows you to see what you are doing and need to work on. Drills suggested do help. Can be a little buggy at times, but not a deal breaker. Data on website of your swings is helpful as well. Overall very pleased as it is helping me improve.

Got a new phone and down loaded app. Love this tool. All the functions are there but comparing swings to a pro is no longer showing up. Also noticed in the swing plane screen the peak speed location isn’t showing up, need to dig some more if it is something I missed.

Had it for a week and have used it with grandkids and myself. Very satisfied! Consistent numbers and software has worked fine.
